Andersonville
Andersonville is located between Foster Avenue south to Glenwood Avenue and from Ravenswood east to Bryn Mawr. In the mid 19th century Andersonville became a home to many Swedish immigrants. While most of the Swedish people are gone, it's still has many Swedish ethnic ties. You can visit the Swedish American Museum (5211 N. Clark St.). Today Andersonville includes many single-family homes, charming 2 and 3 flats and larger multi-unit buildings. There is tons of shopping, restaurants and cafes all along Clark Street.

Bucktown
Bucktown is located between Fullerton Avenue south to North Avenue and from Western Avenue east to The Kennedy Expressway. Bucktown originally got its name from the early farmers who kept their goats in front of their houses. Originally considered an artist's neighborhood, Bucktown has turned into a trendier area for single-family homes, condos and lofts. The neighborhoods feature attraction is the six corners of the intersection of North, Milwaukee and Damen avenues, where there are many boutiques, restaurants and bars located on the streets leading up to the intersection.

Lakeview
Lakeview is located between Irving Park Rd south to Diversey and from Ashland Avenue east to Lake Shore Drive. Originally Lakeview was its own town with a city charter. Today Lakeview is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Chicago. It is divided into East Lakeview and West Lakeview. Both offer a wide variety of restaurants, shops, theaters, cafes, and bars. The Clark, Belmont and Broadway shopping district is a star attraction in the city and caters to many different types of style. East Lakeview has many high rises along the lake and westward. West Lakeview primarily consists of 2 and 3 flats, brownstones and larger multi-unit buildings.

Lincoln Park
Lincoln Park is located between Diversey south to Armitage Avenue and from Ashland Avenue east to Lake Shore Drive. It is named for the largest park in Chicago. The actual park consists of 1200 acres of beautiful beaches, a botanical conservatory, bike paths and the Lincoln Park Zoo. The Zoo is free and is an amazing place to visit. Lincoln Park is home to many ambitious young adults. The neighborhood has many restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, bars, theatres, nightclubs and the beautiful beach. The DePaul area is part of Lincoln Park's western end. It consists of DePaul University, Armitage Avenue shopping district, and Clybourn Corridor. Housing in Lincoln Park varies from high-rises on the lakefront, single-family homes on the west, and everything in between from east to west.

Lincoln Square
Lincoln Square is located between Foster Avenue south to Irving Park Road and from the Chicago River east to Damen Avenue. The focal point of Lincoln Square is located on Lincoln Avenue between Montrose and Lawrence. Lincoln Square developed during the nineteenth century as a German neighborhood. Today you can still feel the roots of its history in the German shops and restaurants on Lincoln Avenue. In the summer there are art fairs and weekly farmer's markets to enjoy. Lincoln Square has many specialty stores and is a great place to find all sorts gifts, knick-knacks and fun stuff. One walk down Lincoln Avenue and you will fall in love with this one-of-a-kind neighborhood. Lincoln Square is mostly made up of single-family homes, 2 & 3 flats, and larger courtyard buildings. There is also a lot of new construction developing for condos and brand - new homes.

Logan Square
Logan Square is located between Diversey Avenue south to Armitage Avenue and from Kimball Avenue east to Western Avenue. Logan Square is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Chicago. Logan Square is home to some of the most exquisite houses in the city. Logan Boulevard is divided into two streets running eastbound and westbound. Along these streets are beautiful lawns, gardens and houses. Besides it's fabulous architecture, Logan Square offers a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping.

Ravenswood
Ravenswood is located between Foster Avenue south to Irving Park Road and from Damen Avenue east to Clark Street. Ravenswood is a true Chicago neighborhood. Complete with tree lined streets and a nice, quiet Suburban feel. Great restaurants, shopping, and outdoor cafes make this area a great place to live. There are plenty of parks to enjoy.

River North is located between Chicago Avenue and Lake Street and from Milwaukee Avenue east to LaSalle Street. Originally, River North was filled with factories and warehouses. A chocolate factory still remains in the area and the smell of chocolate often wafts through the air. River North is a trendy and exciting place to live. It is also convientley located near the Kennedy Expressway.

Roscoe Village
Roscoe Village is located between Addison Avenue south to Belmont Avenue and from Western Avenue east to Paulina Street. In the past Roscoe Village was home to many families. However, today there has been a flood of younger, single inhabitants. Roscoe Village includes a charming downtown area and a stretch of antique stores known simply as Antique Row. With the recent loft rehabs, new construction of single-family homes and the opening of many new restaurants and shops, Roscoe Village has been rediscovered.

Wicker Park
Wicker Park is located between North Avenue south to Division Street and from Western Avenue east to Ashland Avenue. Wrigleyville is located between Irving Park Road south to Belmont Avenue and from Ashland Avenue east to Lake Michigan. Wrigleyville is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Chicago. It is most famously know as the home to the beloved Chicago Cubs. Wrigley Field is right in the center of this awesome neighborhood. Residents are most often fans of this cherished team and when there is a game going on, they are there to support their team.
