ICM Properties, Inc. is a full service property management and investment company focusing on multi-family residential properties. We currently manage over two thousand apartment units on the north side of Chicago

We are a family-owned business that was established in 1966, and have steadily grown to become one of the largest residential management companies on the north side of Chicago, with two fully staffed offices. Our professional property managers, knowledgeable leasing consultants, and hardworking maintenance team are at your disposal.

ICM is not a rental agency. We manage every unit and you will deal directly with our company for all your needs. Our offices are close to all our buildings, making it easy to visit seven days a week.. Finding an apartment and moving can be a stressful time. Our experience will help make the transition to your new home easy.

Although, the majority of our buildings are located in the Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Ravenswood neighborhoods, ICM Properties is continuing to expand in many different areas on the north side of Chicago. Most of our buildings are located on quiet, tree-lined streets. The majority of ICM's apartments are available in charming vintage walkups. However, ICM also has many new construction condo-quality buildings, cozy courtyard buildings, townhouses, and larger mid-rise buildings. Many of the vintage apartments are rehabbed with modern luxuries. The new-construction condo-quality apartments have all the touches of a contemporary home in the city, often complete with granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, beautiful hardwood floors, security systems, wood-burning fireplaces and Jacuzzi bathtubs. Laundry facilities and parking are available in most buildings.
